Subway delivers an outstanding experience on all fronts. The service is efficient and friendly, with staff members who genuinely care about your preferences. There was nothing wrong with the store or the service. I give it 4 stars because the prices are so damn high I might as well eat at a far better restaurant. They have jumped exponentially. 9 bucks for 4 scoops of tuna on a roll was just too much.
Got a steak bowl and it was good. The lone Subway employee was making the food, ringing up & answering the phone! She did an incredible job! She was friendly and paid attention to every order asking all the right questions. To me, WORTH any extra time! The food was made to perfection! Great staff, good food, tough to go wrong. Will be back! Other than saying I have been back MANY times, I would change nothing about this review.
Josh is the best! Provides good customer service every time. He makes sure you got what you need. I’m surprised by his professional demeanor. If I could hire him for my business manager position I would !
Besides that food is great for the price. Not to mention Lots of good choices. Although not too many vegan options it’s better than togos and mikes. Price wise atleast.
They are typically fair with service and they are the less busy Subway from the one in the nearby Almaden Plaza. The staff is more courteous and professional.
Very clean, organized & quick location. I was undecided about either flat bread or a tortilla type bread so the employee that helped us out explained the difference in size, flavor, calories & price! She was so helpful , convincing & friendly I decided to get my usual with flat bread but took the other to go so we could try later! Pretty tasty & filling but, the tortilla tends to rip half way through your meal causing a bit of a slow down, messy traffic jam making it become a clean up with a fork to finish! Nevertheless, still a very good sandwich/wrap
Always good for the vegans in us and the vegetarians wish I could have a little bit more veggies at some locations but this location is good they'll work with you.
