It is probably one of the best Taco Bells in the Bay Area. Employees, store, food and service are all amazing and consistent. I've been coming here for 10 years and they have never messed my order up, which is pretty amazing for a fast food place. Maybe once they forgot to put in a fork, but that's about it.
If corporate is reading this, please give these employees a raise! They deserve it.
I looked up a taco bell that had a drive-through, so I didn't have to get off my car. I googled it and headed over, 16 min. away! I got there, and there was No Drive-thru!

The food was excellent but the service by the staff could have been better. The manager there is really nice and friendly but I cannot say the same about the other employees. Would eat there again though.

Service was wonderful. Unfortunately, the order was incomplete and I didn't notice until I had gotten home. I had ordered chips and nacho cheese, but didn't receive the chips. The chicken quesadilla had like 3 tiny pieces of chicken, so tasted more like a cheese quesadilla, and one of the tacos was broken into pieces.
Clean and the AC works. Fast an friendly. No drive thru. Two self ordering stations.

I know it's just Taco Bell but they're awesome at this location. Super friendly, approachable, & fast. My order's always accurate even with alterations (I have picky eaters 😮💨). I appreciate how the crew here takes the time to acknowledge my kids (3 & 5 yrs old). Most don't do that nowadays.

It's Taco Bell and it's one of the better ones for sure. Orders are almost never screwed up (including custom orders), food's always hot and on time, and they've always had the national special items available in decent quantity (nacho fries, Mex. Pizza, even the wings when those were around).
Only gripe now is that the restroom requires a key pass to enter and the sauces aren't out and open to take anymore (doubly a shame because one of the employees always used to painstakingly organize and layer every packet. Props to 'em). Annoying, but it is what it is.
Of note, this place doesn't have a drive-through, so ordering here will take a sec longer with having to park and walk in.
This place SLAPS. Best Taco Bell I've been to in the San Jose area, and I've been to A LOT. I've got taco bell sauce packets in my car as a snack. I get taco bell gift cards for every holiday and birthday. I almost exclusively go to Taco Bell for fast food and this one is the top-tier of Taco Bells. When I evaluate, I look for 3 things: portions, taste, and service. This place has perfect portions. A little extra filling which is always appreciated, but not too much to spill over your lap. Taste is excellent. Service is outstanding. Clean restaurant, friendly staff, fast service. If I'm ever in the Santana row area I'll go to this Taco Bell exclusively. Ring the bell, slap the like button, eat some of this delicious Taco Bell.
It's Taco Bell, so you know what you're getting. This location meets or exceeds my expectations for any given standard T-bell location, so I gave it 4 stars, which is really good for a fast food restaurant. They get my orders correct almost every time, and they're quick. With the app orders, it's even faster and you get good deals.

Best Taco Bell on the west side no contest, probably can beat most in San Jose actually as far as cleanliness, customer service and quality of food. It's always made to order and hot on your tray. The staff is super friendly too and I visit several times a week always see a smile on their faces.
They are always so friendly and they are so fast. They’ve never messed up an order and the food is freshly made. I’ve had a horrible experience at other locations with stale food so I only go to this location now. Great service and good food.
Side note: I love Taco Bell’s nacho cheese.
Now has three self order machines on top of the new online order app. No lines at all. Always enough parking and the staff are perfect. Making sure you're order is correct and always looking out for you. I like friendly they always are. The food is always well made and tasty. Can't go wrong with this taco bell so far.
