So nice to have a legit Vietnamese spot on Monterey. Food is delicious, portion is generous, staff is so accommodating, and they give complimentary matcha green tea ice cream. 11/10 recommend! Support small businesses :)
One of the few pho places open in South Bay last midnight. Owners are a bit cold, but they provided complimentary tea and pistachio ice cream, which was really nice.
Combo pho ⭐️⭐️⭐️: the broth is really light and there wasn't as much meat as compared to other places.
Love this place. Have been going here for months and every time I go it a great experience. Love the service and the food. It is a little bit pricey compared to other places but the food it's good. Plus I love the free ice cream at the end. It feels like a regard lol
They say that hunger makes the best spice, and sometimes when you're driving for hours on end you just need to stop and eat something to sustain you.
That being said, there are also times when you stop somewhere for a quick bite and you are wonderfully surprised.
The pho is very solid and well worth a stop, but the wonderful surprise came from the lemongrass soup, which has thicker noodles and a marvelously rich broth. If you're willing to be a little adventurous, it is fantastic.
Great place to get a bowl of pho. Service is really great. Ordered take out and they offered green tea ice cream while i waited for my food. Highly recommended this restaurant
Try the clay pot mushroom chicken rice! So good! Fresh hand made lemonade. Complementary tea and ice cream. Feels like the kind of place I can stop by anytime and stay a while eating good food.

Enjoy coming here for a bowl of Pho. This location stays open later than other places in my neighborhood, so it comes in very convenient when days run long. The hospitality is bare none! The employees always make it a pleasure to be a customer at Pho Bowl!! And you can not forget about the ice cream! It's just a delightful touch after enjoying a bowl of Pho!
Found this place on google search. Fast service and friendly staff. The owner was in the restaurant when I visited. He went around the restaurant to make sure each customer was having a good time. The spring rolls were crispy and flavourful. The Pho had a big portion. The soft and creamy green tea ice cream after the meal was a nice finish. Will definitely revisit when I am in the area again.
The service was great, but food’s flavor is on the lighter side. The ice cream on the house was the best! I would definitely pay for it!

The broth is soo rich and full of flavor. It’s great even before adding in the sriracha and hoisin. The owner is such a sweetheart and she’s always happy to see you! Best Phó in South San Jose for sure 🫶🏾
This was perfect for a rainy day very generous portions, excellent excellent service. Be sure to try their green tea ice cream with nuts for dessert. The hot tea was awesome for .75 charge.. Ginger, orange😊 it looks like a little hole-in-the-wall until you get inside very nice.
We tried the seafood pho, chicken pho, and beef pho. All were good - nice portion size and clean-tasting broth.
Has large space inside and can accommodate groups. Very casual. I enjoyed the ice cream and tea after as well.
Really really Good! Especially the egg roll. The crab, pork blood & tofu noodle (Bun Rieu) is great and different from other restaurant in San Francisco. Ice-cream is bonus.
Probably my favorite Pho place in the area. I've only had excellent service here, and they give free ice cream while waiting for food. The prices are reasonable and the food is pretty decent. I would recommend giving this place a try.
Love the pho here, but they also have many other great dishes as well. Try all their dishes, its worth it. Iespecial like the fried pho noodle with beef
It felt like a timewarp and it has the old school mom and pop feel. Service was good. I enjoyed the pho and bubble tea very much. They also gave me green tea ice cream as well which I appreciated and enjoyed
This was my first time going here for Pho. I walked in to place a to-go order and the lady working there took my order and ask me to sit at a table while I waited for my food to be ready. She was extremely nice and gave me tea and ice cream while I waited! The pistachio ice cream was so delicious! The Pho was also very delicious. This will now be my to go place for Pho.
P.S I highly recommended the fresh lemonade. My daughter and I fell in love with it!
