This was my first time here. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the fast service. The food was good , hot, and tasted light which I really liked about this restaurant. The prices are a bit too high, but it might be contributed to being located in a high rent area downtown San Luis Obispo. Everyone was fri
So much food for a great price. Service is fantastic. Good was great. We will be back again for sure. The veggie burito was delicious. It has bell peppers, zucchini, mushrooms, rice, beans, etc.
It’s been a couple of years; but I enjoyed this restaurant a lot. Charming location, authentic “hasn’t changed in years” interior, and one of the biggest burritos (the “Beached Whale”) I’ve ever had. Definitely not a “quantity over quality” approach, either.
Awesome meal, same as any mexican restaurant you go to that serves the main dishes. I ordered a margarita and a chicken enchilada
Better than the Slash Cafe in Pismo. Don't have to wait in line to get in and the food is delicious. Great bakery too.
Amazing service!! Best Mexican cuisine on the Central coast. The wet burrito is my husband's favorite thing, while I usually get nachos and they are wonderful. The server always remembers us and is always very sunny and lovely (as is all the staff). They serve my all time favorite margaritas as well
Delicious and Authentic Mexican Food in a Lovely Atmosphere.
Really good food. Friendly people, and old fashioned decor, maybe a tad worn. Let's say casual. We had the chili Verde enchiladas. These were good and had some green peppers in them. Sometimes you don't get that. The beans were average in flavor. The rice was good and a bit spicy.

You know you are in trouble when you get told you've ordered too much! Really delicious Mexican but huge portions. Margaritas were large and tasty. Excellent nachos. Service was a little slow but it was packed and the waitress was friendly.

Personally, we love this place. We have been having lunch or dinner here for over 10 years. I have my favorite dishes which include Chile relleno and chile verde, not to mention the margaritas! I work and live downtown so the consistency of service and food has played a big part in the reason for u
The menu is extensive and you can order many different combinations of Mexican food. The atmosphere was great and so was the service. The food tasted good and was served in large portions. Great place to go for a good traditional Mexican meal.

Shortly after posting my review, the manager called me and offered to resolve the issue. Yesterday, i received a cheque of the difference with a nice apology letter. Thank you
