The food is amazingly good! I ordered the Friday Special- Taco Salad with carnitas. It was tasty. The atmosphere is upbeat and friendly. There is a very nice patio to sit and enjoy your food. I was going to take my food to go but decided to stay and I am glad I did. I will definately be eating here more often. Such a great restaurant tucked a away off Broad!
Currently undergoing a remodel, but the food is amazing. My fiancee got the vegetarian tacos and after her first bite she said, "these are the best vegetarian tacos I've ever had!"

Visiting California and had to stop by one of my favorite places. I still love the food and Chris is still awesome as always. Making sure you have everything you need.
If you want really good food with a mexican accent then come check it out. I will be back to try two other things on the menu. I went veggie on this trip, Mediterranean Burrito.

The mojo de ajo (garlic shrimp) was soooo delicious. I think its under new ownership. Definitely going again and trying something different.
You can tell the owners put their heart and soul into the food they serve. We ordered tacquitos and grilled shrimp. The tacquitos were crispy, loaded and delicious. The shrimp were flavourful. The Mexican rice and refried beans were the best I've ever had. Salsa and guacamole were great as well!
My absolute favorite place to get a breakfast burrito in SLO plus you can’t really beat the 4.99$ deal (applies to breakfast items ordered before 11am).
They call it a smaller burrito because you get to choose whether you want potatoes or rice&beans but don’t let that fool you because it’s a standard size breakfast burrito

The best Mexican food I've had in SLO County. The love that goes into each item. My friend got the chicken burrito and I've never had such amazing tasting chicken in a burrito before. I got the Pork Verde burrito with green sauce. It was so tangy and good and clearly homemade.
The greenhouse is also such a great place to eat. I'd come back way more then I should.
This was some of the best Mexican food I've had in SLO! I got the mole enchiladas and they were delicious! They also have a very big menu, which can make deciding a little hard.
Thee Best Mexican restaurant in the Central Coast !!!!! Hands down, by far the best !!! Definitely a hidden gem. I had a chicken burrito bowl tonight and it was beyond delicious ! The flavors will blow your mind away. They really now how to bring out the taste of garlic in food, along with all the red spices - hella good. I ordered a side of homemade fries. All of it is good eats. They are bringing back the daily specials so I will be trying to eat there every day again.
Good burritos, good service and very pretty mural (wish I had taken a picture). Chips were a bit hard/thick but still good and an easy thing to change. Would definitely come here again!
Literally the best place you will find in SLO! Amazing atmosphere in the little jungle area out back, it feels like rainforest Cafe for big boys and there is an $8 deal for a different item on every day of the week. You are missing out if you're not at chili peppers guys

I've been eating here since 1993, when I was three years old. I get the same thing every time: BBQ Chicken Burrito. My brother lives the Chile Verde just as much. This place is delicious and amazing. The portions are generous, the staff is like family, and it's some of my favorite food on Earth. Easy parking too!
Best Mexican food in SLO hands down! The portions are huge and you can’t beat the prices. The staff and owner are extremely friendly and the outdoor seating area is beautiful. They also have specials on weekdays with crazy good deals. Truly a hidden gem
