Good location. Gets a little slammed at lunch as expected but I've only had a couple issues with probably 3 dozen online orders (one tuna outage, one lettuce change to leaf instead of shredded due to supplies). Reliable, fast, easy parking.
The subs are great, and every time I come in after work David is always so kind and professional. David is the reason I will keep coming back.

WOW. That's all I can say about the food and service at this place. Not only was the food , hot , delicious and high-quality , but the service was truly fast and exceptional. The attitude of the entire the crew was right on from start to finish that made my experience very pleasant, hospitable and comfortable. The manager surprised me by bringing the food hot and ready to me personally while I was expecting my name to be to be called to the pick up window. Kudos Manager scott! Good job.
Only two young men taking care of tons of customers and they were the most polite workers! One of them was even shaking due to stress and he nailed the wonderful service. This was 1/17/23 lunch time. It was my first visit and he heard me through the chaos and offered me a free cookie. I tipped like crazy.👍🏻 I sure

I love their sandwiches and customer service generally. However, I’m getting sick and tired of waiting in line while they attend to the online orders ahead of the people who took the time to get off their as* and go to the store. I stood in line for about 6 minutes, no one even acknowledged us as they just made sandwiches for the pick up orders. If this was the first time I wouldn’t be writing this, but it’s at least the third time in a row. Super frustrating. I guess I’ll just order online next time and effectively cut to the front of the line.
Food tasted great. It takes time to get a sandwich freshly made but it was a was worth it. 20 minutes to get a sandwich made. There were 7 people in front of me. I don't know how they could be faster. If you have limited time for lunch, may not be a good option.
Jersey Mike's has some pretty good Philly cheese steaks that's all I get when I stop by.

Great custom sandwich but seemed a bit pricey compared to some local businesses. Better than subway or vons. Seemed fresh and staff was pleasant. They slice right in front of you for a nice fresh touch. Seemed fast service
Delicious chain sub shop. Infinitely better than Subway, and all the ingredients seen very fresh. Love the vinegar dressing they use, and always good flavor.
