Been to this location twice. Longest I've waited was 15 minutes. Staff is great and food was excellent. I took both my daughter and mom for their birthdays and staff definitely showed them some love. Would definitely go back.
Service was very good. Atmosphere was pleasant and our shrimp plates were very good.
We got there a little after it opened for lunch and was seated promptly. The place was clean, our waitress was polite and kept our table tidy and drinks filled. Food was delicious and at the right temperature, I should've gotten dessert to go though. We'll be back.
Thirty minute wait time for dinner and this was at 9 pm. Seated and waited another 20 minutes to get drink order only for the waitress to have forgotten her tickets. Was not impressed with this evening's dining experience. Usually have better service.
Had good service and good food. Felt like any other typical Olive Garden. July 2021 no masks required. Breadsticks were fresh, salad was crisp and the food was hot and delicious. This is my fifth visit in the last three months, and things are always the same. No matter what time the service is always so slow. We arrived and were seated quickly, and about five minutes later another couple is seated beside us. Their server came over got them their drinks, and bread all before
Food was good and had enjoyable conversations with the people at the next table and 1 over. Very friendly environment and waitstaff was on point. The only reason I didn't give them 5 🌟 was the tea and lemonade was not good it was very weak like flavored water.
Half the food came out before our appetizers, the other half came out like 20 minutes later and cold. The waitress was awful and I would recommend the olive garden in New Braunfels. The only thing good about this place was the manager. He did a great job helping us out at the end.
