State Room - San Rafael - Photo album

State Room is a solid spot to enjoy good food and watching a game. I've dined here a few times before with my boyfriend. He loves the beer selection here. The food is delicious and the service is great. This most recent time, the bartender was working really hard making drink after drink for her cus
We had Sunday lunch recently. They had a good brunch menu along with the standard mix of Asian and cafe foods. We tried the Garlic Noodles with Prawns and the bowl arrived with thick soba style noodles coated with a tasty sauce and a nice quantity of medium prawns. The Crispy Chicken Sandwich had so
Went there to get food to go. Had a club soda at the bar while I waited. The bartender was kind and quick as far as getting the order done. There was a basketball game on and the place was crowded but not overcrowded. Waited maybe 15 minutes for the food. Got the check and was out of there. Everybod
We decided to walk up and down 4th Street on a Friday evening and pick a random place for dinner, finally choosing The State Room because it seemed to have more energy than most of its neighboring restaurants. We were easily seated without a reservation at 5:30, but by 6:00 the place was filling up
Good variety on their menu. Food, drinks and service was good. Great place to hang out with friends and co-workers.
Love this place. You look at the menu at first and you think wow, I thought it was just burgers and beers…but no! They have amazing food, with a little bit of everything. Drinks are always good. Super consistent food and drinks. We always need to order the dumplings, so yummy. The burguer it’s also
Super cute place with good food and drinks! They have heaters on the patio which make it the perfect place to sit and enjoy the night with some friends. My only complaint is my waiter was a little curt. All the other staff I interacted with seemed very nice and friendly, except for my waiter.
Was looking for a dog-friendly place to grab dinner while in the area. The outdoor area here is great although a bit small, but they do have some additional table along the street. Dumplings were really good and service was very friendly. I also got the fried chicken sandwich.. I felt it was overpri
This was genuinely one of the best experiences I've had in a restaurant. My boyfriend and I decided to try out this spot as the first restaurant we'll visit while in this country from South Africa. We were blown away by the welcoming team, pleasant atmosphere and wonderful food. Neither of us are su
Food and service was excellent. Our waitress, Haley, recommended the Heirloom Tomato pizza which was fantastic! The garlic fries were really delicious too. Will definitely be back. All the staff was friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back.
So much fun! Great beers. We had the special appetizer of the day and it was delicious. Our server Yugo, is spectacular. The team was always busy and attentive. This place is a must if your in the area. Definitely check it out!
Nice enough burger/pizza restaurant in downtown San Rafael. Artichoke beignets were good. Poke salad was very spicy. Margarita pizza was excellent, nice thin crust and tasty toppings. Generous burger but under seasoned. Excellent French fries. Good choice of cocktails and draught beers. Friendly wai
We stopped by for a couple drinks. Everything was delicious The food menu looked really good but we had just eaten, nice atmosphere and friendly staff.
Great beer selection. Diverse menu. Cubano & burgers were very good. Service was a bit slow for 3pm on a Saturday in my opinion as I feel that a table should be greeted by server within 5min of seating. That aside it was worth the wait. Server was nice. Place has a cool funky atmosphere. Will deffin
Delicious food and beers! We got the enterprise pizza, Korean fried chicken, the Patriot Pilsner and the Guava pale ale. The service and atmosphere was also great!
Love the place staff and menu. Really good salads, appetizers and cocktails. Enjoyed the outdoor heated patio
I recently had the pleasure of dining at The State Room and overall, I had a wonderful experience. Although my friends weren't fans of the beer selection, I found the food and service to be fantastic. The wood-fired pizza that we ordered was absolutely delicious. The crust was perfectly crispy and
Very delicious veggie burger with the ever amazing avocado mush. Place is happening and busy; I was quite lucky to get in just as the lunch rush was beginning. This place is decorated with nonpartisan political humor: relatedly, the hanging TV's do NOT have those aweful 24-hour cable news channels
Enjoyed a sunny fall afternoon at Stateroom after a mountain bike ride. "In the weeds" was pleasantly tart and the staff made sure the Poke Bowl was GF.
