Almost twenty years, go back to visit, atmosphere not look vibe like very long time ago.
This is a 3.5 star review for Sushi to Dai For. Local sushi in quaint downtown San Rafael, CA was reasonably priced, and centrally located. The space was large, boardering on vacuous, due to a lightly populated restaurant. The food itself was acceptably good, although nothing to "Dai" for. The s
Inventive and flavorful sushi dishes with the most outstanding plating and presentation. Special fish offerings not found anywhere else!
Very fresh and delicious. Service was exceptional. Great place for family or date
Nice place, decent food. Entrance on the side of the building. Street parking with meter. Saturday free parking after 6pm.
The food was great. Especially the Croquets. Lots of options and vegetarian friendly. Excellent waitstaff.
Absolutely worth it, food is awesome, cozy and relaxed environment so you can have a delightful dinner with family and/or friends, staff goes beyond expectation. Extremely recommended

Very good sushi, very kind people, very good place! I definitely recommend this place to everyone!
A regular here. Gyoza, sake, beer all good. My wife eats different rolls all the time, they have hella. All the staff are super friendly, especially to my 2yr old. TVs always have the game on also. Sit at the bar, a table, or booth.
One of my favorite places for sushi ! They have amazing quality ingredients and a chill environment to dine in!

The service was fast and polite. The fish was fresh. About vegetarian rolls to chose from. I ordered the veggie dragon roll and it was savory and sweet. My partner and I were really happy with our experience.
Service was great and sushi is pretty good. There are places around with better sushi but also comes at a higher price. I used to come here years ago when I lived in SR and it's still going.. It's been around for a long time so it's kinda nostalgic.
We shared a beer as wine is $13 plus for a glass. Not cheap.
huge menu, amazing food (my favorite is the spider rolls), good service, beautiful atmosphere, a little expensive though
