Tried this place before covid and wasn't all that impressed. But I can back after and feel like the quality got better. Their grilled chicken on anything is fantastic. My only complaint is that their tortilla chips are only ok.
My favorite taqueria in San Rafael! Their preference is to call for pickup instead of using a delivery app (that takes a significant cut). Good portion sizes- great steak and shrimp plate that was enough to share.

Taqueria Bahia has incredible tacos. You can choose from really unique meats including pork gizzard, tripe, and head meat. I have eaten here for over a decade. That should about explain it. If not, the mission style burritos are the best in the north bay. They also are very reasonably priced. And the owner who often will be working with her staff in the front register is incredibly nice.
We were just walking by kind of looking for food not really and they have a really colorful sign so my sons and I decided to stop in. Hands down the best food we've had in a while. it was fast. friendly service. definitely going back.

This place has terrific Mexican food at reasonable prices. dishes were quite distinct. Everything was delicious, and their chiles rellenos were the best my wife or I have ever eaten.
