Date night/ Movie night! You want a high end movie theater? This is definitely the place. We enjoyed a meal in the restaurant in front of the theater before we came in and had our order taken inside for popcorn and wine🥂this place makes it hard to watch anywhere else..

The theater is inside The Lot Restaurant, which is inside the mall on the second floor. Excellent customer service. The restaurant is nice. The food and the atmosphere are good too. The restrooms and or store are ADA compliant.
My entire family loves coming here! The service is excellent and while pricey, we enjoy having food delivered to our seats. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the theater. On my last visit, old popcorn was still on the back of the seat and some type of food was smeared on a wall in Theater #7.
I love the coziness of the theater and it is usually very clean which is nice.
They have a good menu selection and staff seemed to have improved a lot over the last few months, with service being quicker and them actually remembering/bringing the full order.

Wow talk about nice movie theater, my seven year old an I went the kids cheese pizza was a thumbs down, lucky we were able to switch it out for a hot dog which was way better. LOVE watching movies at the Lot in the City Center, San Ramon!! Seats are comfortable and the service is top notch! Very polite and friendly servers. Had slight problems with the unavailability of food listed on the menu, but they really tried their best to provide a good substitute.
