Stopped here a and got coffee and a few other items. The food was good. This connected to the gas station and is a nice open concept location. There is a drive thru. The location has plenty of parking and is very clean. If you need some food or a place to stop and stretch, this is a good spot.
Great customer service. The macchiato is delicious. The bacon maple sandwich is what you should get. Donuts are alright, get your coffee fix here. They are following safe social distancing and hygienic protocols.

Absolutely terrible service. The cashier I had makes no attempt at replying to small talk apart from very rudely brushing me off. 0 concept of hospitality in a tourist destination. Your location should only hire people who are friendly to tourists.
They changed management and the drive through! I went on a Tuesday when Cedar Point is closed and it took me just as long! Believe me, I can go anywhere and get served quicker and get better coffee and excellent service compared to poor service at Dunkin’ Donuts!!
Yea so we visited this location on 5/29/2018 around 8 am, I simply asked if they had any non dairy products that I could put in my coffee like soy or almond milk and the workers acted like I was an uppity jerk. The rest of the service I received was cold and just plain rude. I've never seen a more
It's Dunkin donuts. Nothing to write home about. The food is your typical microwaved frozen stuff. They run out of everything bagels every day. So whoever is managing supply of the demand needs to learn a thing or two considering late night they will dump.2-3 bags of unused product. You clearly are
