Bring your sweater as this restaurant is ice cold and be ready to hold your nose when you're entering as it's right next door to a sewage process plant but once you get inside it's immaculate you're greeted immediately with a happy face the food is IHOP quality

IHOP Rocks, I Ordered the Breakfast Sampler and It was Delicious. The Staff are always pleasant and friendly. As you can see for yourself how good it looks. Why not give them a try the next time you want to enjoy Breakfast and enjoy.
Our server Jay was amazing. He had great energy and full of light. He did a great job with making sure we had everything we needed and was very accommodating. It was great having that positive energy around. 10 stars to him. Food was great as well, but he definitely made it worth going in.
I went for breakfast, and I had the eggs Benedict. The server was great, and served eight of my family members just fine. My poached eggs were overcooked, no juice, which in my book was not very good, so I wouldn't order that again, but overall an okay visit.
Taking one star for the hostess with an attitude, she was horribly rude to everyone even other staff. Other than that our experience was excellent, our waiter whom we were told was the owners son, made up for it. Service was fast and friendly.
Our server Abby always welcomes our big family with a beautiful smile and genuine personality. She takes care of our every needs. This is like the 5th time we come in and she always make our hot cocoa so yummy and special. She always puts that extra touch to make every visit special. Awesome thing

Clean, friendly staff, no long wait on meal. Food was prepared as ordered, dining tables were skipped for safety, paper menus, beautiful Christmas decorations. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because there was no hand sanitizer in the dispenser when I was walking out!. But over all good service

The food and service were excellent. Our server Jade took good care of us, even our gluten sensitivity. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because the table condiments needed restocking and overall better cleaning.
If you do not like a lot of cold air, bring a light jacket or sweater.
