Bring your sweater as this restaurant is ice cold and be ready to hold your nose when you're entering as it's right next door to a sewage process plant but once you get inside it's immaculate you're greeted immediately with a happy face the food is IHOP quality
If I can add more stars for service I will definitely do it! The best service my family ever had was received by Naiya. From the welcoming, helping us to get the best options we want for breakfast, fast service, attentive, anticipating on everything we may need. Definitely I great team leader. She was running the team! She should be a manager. Great experience! Will come back to this location.
IHOP Rocks, I Ordered the Breakfast Sampler and It was Delicious. The Staff are always pleasant and friendly. As you can see for yourself how good it looks. Why not give them a try the next time you want to enjoy Breakfast and enjoy.
Our server Jay was amazing. He had great energy and full of light. He did a great job with making sure we had everything we needed and was very accommodating. It was great having that positive energy around. 10 stars to him. Food was great as well, but he definitely made it worth going in.
I went for breakfast, and I had the eggs Benedict. The server was great, and served eight of my family members just fine. My poached eggs were overcooked, no juice, which in my book was not very good, so I wouldn't order that again, but overall an okay visit.
Taking one star for the hostess with an attitude, she was horribly rude to everyone even other staff. Other than that our experience was excellent, our waiter whom we were told was the owners son, made up for it. Service was fast and friendly.

Our server Abby always welcomes our big family with a beautiful smile and genuine personality. She takes care of our every needs. This is like the 5th time we come in and she always make our hot cocoa so yummy and special. She always puts that extra touch to make every visit special. Awesome thing is, to see Abby have the same genuine service and care with everyone around. Even when she’s busy! Lol! And what’s magical about the visit besides the awesome service from the best server, is the delicious food always prepared fast. (Credit to Papi the EXCELLENT COOK) Restaurant is always immaculate. And portions and craftsmanship on every plate, is beyond expectations from and Ihop.
Let’s be kind to these servers! Tip them well! Remember they live off of their típ money. Honestly……….. IF YOU CAN’T TIP, TAKE IT TO GO! Don’t leave that mess for someone’s else to clean. That you do t want to pay for their awesome service. Take that mess home!!
I’ve seen customers complaint about food almost completely eaten leaving a very small portion to then say it was bad, just to get a freebie.
Haven't been to IHOP in a long time. I was pleasantly surprised. Food is way better than waffle house and their $hitty attitudes!!!

Clean, friendly staff, no long wait on meal. Food was prepared as ordered, dining tables were skipped for safety, paper menus, beautiful Christmas decorations. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because there was no hand sanitizer in the dispenser when I was walking out!. But over all good service and environment.
Went to IHOP tonight to celebrate my son's birthday- it's a long-standing tradition to celebrate his birthday here - and we had the very best service I've had anywhere in years. Keke was fantastic, thoughtful, attentive, and kind throughout. It's evident she cares about the job she does and she made this birthday dinner the most memorable. Thank you Keke!
The food and service were excellent. Our server Jade took good care of us, even our gluten sensitivity. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because the table condiments needed restocking and overall better cleaning.
If you do not like a lot of cold air, bring a light jacket or sweater.
I went this morning about 9am not busy at all. We ordered got the food quickly. Go there frequently. Great service.
