Staff is wonderful. Very friendly. I love the multiple options for subs. Only negative thing is it's a bit pricey, but I feel maybe that's everything now a days. They do have deals through the week. That's a plus. Over all I'm happy with going to this place for a sub. It's nice they have a press. Lot of subs shows don't.

Pretty good food spot when you're on a budget. I thought the meatball sub was very basic, and I wasn't given any options to add, say some pepperoni or roasted red pepper's.

Love this place! I used to come here all the time when I worked by here. Still just as good. Looks brand new as they remodeled it. I always got the cheese steak, love the little steamer thing they warm it up in. I got in again since it has been so long. I missed it. My daughter got a Turkey sub and it looked really good. They also have potatoe saled, and all kinds of things. Check it out, you can't go wrong.

Perfect! Wish I had taken more pics. Everything was very fresh and bread was soft and Fluffy. I got the turkey 8" & The Tampa cuban sandwich was pressed with a good crunch and cut diagonally. The building has a vintage feel.

Local sub shop, Sobik's is a top notch family owned operation. Start with friendly folks like Debbie and Katie and Anthony, add fresh hot food and a welcoming atmosphere this is a go-to place for me and many others. Steak and cheese is #1 seller for good reason, onion rings were hand breaded and crisp an New England Clam Chowder is to die for. Congratulations everyone and keep up the great work!

Overall the food here is excellent and customer service is good. A few suggestions for management: 1: please invest in a toaster oven to toast the subs for those who like a toasted sandwich to add some crunch. 2: the steamed buns on the gyro comes out a bit soggy, not sure how this can be improved but I think this should be looked at. 3: Last suggestion is to consider offering a military discount, as a current service member I never expect to receive a discount just because I made the choice to join the military however when companies do offer a military discount it is greatly appreciated and I find myself visiting more often. I thoroughly enjoy the Big John sub and the Herr’s Chips are the best of the best! Overall outstanding job Sobik’s! Edit: since becoming a frequent customer the staff has come around on multiple occasions to ask how everything tasted and even offered to take my empty tray for me. Great customer service and am changing my review from 4 stars to 5.

This is our familys favorite place to get a sub. I'm not sure about other Sobiks as I have only been to one other and it was just ok. This one may be in Sanford but it is clean and well kept. I enjoy the freshness of the bread and the toppings. Very friendly and accommodating. They have salads wraps as well.

First, the staff is very nice and helpful. I was there at 2:30pm, they were busy, a very good indication that they are good. 8 inch italian sub was 8 bucks. The taste was good but light on meat and cheese, thus the 4 stars only. Not as good as peppis on the strip in pittsburgh, but good.

Walked to this little spot while my car was at Pep Boys today. They have daily specials and todays was a 12” Cuban for $9, great price! I ordered the sandwich as is and it was a bit dry, it came with one small stripe of mustard down the middle and no mayo. I’ll be sure to ask for mayo next time. Other than that it was tasty. The young man working the register was very friendly, he made my hectic day a little better.
