The food was alright wish it was a little hotter tasted like room temperature! Didn't care how it was still a COVID-19 atmosphere in the dining room!
Been awhile since I have had Pollo Tropical as I moved away from them. But was excited to have it tonight. The chicken was great just like I remembered. Got there at 8pm on a Sunday, not 1 car in the drive thru, so very fast, friendly service.
Picked up food here while doing Uber eats and came across this restaurant! Lunch special is a grab! $6, $8 can’t beat that! Tasted really good

Decent Latin-style grilled chicken served in a variety of ways. Rice and beans are always well flavored. Sometimes the chicken is a bit overcooked and dry. Online orders are not always ready when expected. Otherwise a good value for a substantial meal.
Love this place. High on my family's Central Florida list of places to hit. Great flavor. Good price.
First time there. This place does not deserve the 3 rating it has.
I would give it a 4.25 easy. Larg portions, the mojo pork, was awesome, taste great . Thank you, me and my son are full and happy.
What a surprise? Pollo Tropical, Original Family Meal, well seasoned chicken, enough rice and beans, plus a large plantains. 😋. Definitely will go back.
