Family night out with 5, had to sit at a high top table, that had no room for 5 people, due to one server being on staff. She did her best for the most part even though there were other staff members standing around not doing anything. Food was good and service could have been way better if others helped the server. Drinks from the bar were not that great and definitely needs work. No kids menu available and no scan code on the table as stated on the regular menu we had to improvise with our youngest.
Went last Tuesday and forgot to leave a review but Great experience all around. I had a someone training and they were wonderful, the server training always kept a smile on his face and the trainee brought our food hot and fresh. By far my best experience at a Buffalo Wild Wings in a very long time. Great establishment!
We went there for lunch. The food was really good. The only complaint is, they was slow at getting our drinks and food to us and it wasn't even busy.
Food was mids but Erica was an amazing waitress. We came in closer to closing with a huge party and she accommodated us all and made us not feel like a burden. 10/10 service from her and her manager as well.
They were short staffed yet pulled it off with great service and quick food delivery to the table. Quality employees 👌 very impressed. Oh yeah!! The food was wonderful and the price was extremely fair! Thank you.
Promptly served within 15 minutes of making an order while on the move. Ordering through the website is easy and helps me make quick pick-ups for my family after work.
Our waitress was awesome! Even told us about deals to save us more money. The atmosphere was sports oriented and the whole restaurant was getting into it. Very nice establishment!
Wings were good, the wait staff reported we could not get all flats..oh well, requests used to be accommodated. It looks like this location has been better staffed lately, as service is slightly improved.
Sat at the bar with Kirsten and she took great care of me and my friend. Super friendly, fried pickles were great and music was very chill.
Great place for wings near Lake Mary. We had Luke as our waiter, and he was outstanding! He answered all of our questions and was very helpful. If you go to BW3’s make sure to get him as your server, whatever they are paying him it is not enough. Overall, this BW3’s location has been great, one time there was an issue with our order but the manager handled like a pro and comped our order.
Stopped in for lunch and had one of their lunch specials, only 10$, ungraded to tator tots 2$. I got the Buffalo ranch chicken wrap and my husband got the American cheeseburger. We were both very happy with our meal. The tator tots were on point! I’m a tator tot snob and these were probably the BEST I’ve had out. Hot, crispy and moist!! What made the experience even better was our server CAMERON. He was amazing. Quick service, drinks replaced before they were fully empty. Like he read my mind! Thank you Cameron!
