The guy who served us was trying his very best, he encountered many problems, I actually think he did an excellent job despite the fact that we were there for a long time waiting for our order. His team didn't seem to be on board with anything and he kept on trying to help everyone, including his team mates. I still the food is good and the customer service is alright so I give them 4 stars.
