A quaint and unassuming restaurant, but it has delicious food! I have passed by this restaurant multiple times and stopped in this evening. The food was served quick, it was also fresh and well presented. If you need a decent ramen spot or some seafood, this is a great place to check out! We ordered a vegetable roll, tonkotsu ramen, and kitsune udon.
A true Japanese master in Sanford’s backyard. The atmosphere is what one would expect from an old BBQ joint turned Japanese restaurant but the food.
This is by far some of the best Japanese cuisine I have ever tasted and I have traveled extensively throughout the country and world. It’s authentic but willing to be adventurous. Refined yet fun.
The service is phenomenal and the prices are really a steal. What a hidden gem in Sanford’s own backyard. You would have to travel well over 1000 miles to find anything comparable.
Clean, unassuming location and decor but I don’t go to the art museum to eat either.
Service was 10/10 she was very attentive and kind! Food was also really good, loved the katsu shrimp special, had it together with the veggie Japanese curry which was amazing, also had the karage and the flavor was perfect but they were a bit less crunchy than expected, really good experience overall
The Spicy Chicken Ramen was amazing, as well as the fried chicken (thighs). Honestly everything thing made was seasoned and cooked as if it were a homemade meal.
This is a small family restaurant, and it's very popular so be patient and your meal will be worth the wait. Everyone was kind and the chef came out to greet everyone.
If your looking for genuine Japanese cuisine, then this is your spot. My family and I will definitely be returning for more.
At first, I wasn't too sure. But other reviews definitely lead me to try this place. The food was good and the servers and cooks were very nice and attentive. Definitely give this place a try.
Good food. I order the miso ramen, California roll and spicy tuna roll. Ramen was good. The spicy tuna roll is a little too spicy, but the California roll was delicious.
The food was fantastic. I'd definitely come again to try more of the menu. The restaurant might not look like much on the outside, but don't let that change your mind. You might miss out on a pretty good meal otherwise.
Loved this little Japanese restaurant. The Mackerel was so delicious and grilled to perfection. The Chicken Kar-agae was good but wished it came with some sort of dipping sauce.
The best Ramen and Kara Ague in Lake Mary/ Sanford area. We really enjoyed the Happy Hour specials as well. The dining area can feel a bit stuffy due to an underpowered AC unit.
This place owns by the real Japanese. Their ramen soup bases tastes exactly the same like the one I had in Tokyo. And my beef udon is delicious. Takoyaki has too much flour and not enough fillings so it tastes like a flour ball, sauce is good tho. Finally find out one that really closes to the real one. Definitely will be back to explore more.
Really lovely restaurant! The workers were working so hard to keep up with orders and be attentive to guests despite having very few staff on hand. The food was amazing and we enjoyed our visit. We got the spicy miso ramen and tonkatsu ramen. Both broths were so flavorful and we also enjoyed the spicy edamame with it's light spicy buttery flavor.
My sister and I both had the Dan Dan Noodles, upon recommendation of the waitress, and they were SUBLIME! the broth was spicy, a mild spicy that is spicy, but doesn't make you regret your decisions, and the noodles were thin and light and very good! Would DEFINITELY eat here again!!

It is so rare to find authentic Japanese food! If you're into Japanese curries and traditional bbq and noodle dishes, look no further! Jimotti's is absolutely amazing! I recommend the curry and the yakisoba. It's about a 40 minute drive for me but it's worth it! とても 美味しい です!
The place while unsuspecting on the outside was quite nice inside! Seating area is a bit small, but the food was absolutely wonderful. I ordered the fried Oysters and Poke Bowl.
The fried Oysters were soft and the presentation of the food was delightful!
Absolutely best Poke Bowl I've had in years. If you are into simple presentation, but wonderful flavor then I would highly recommend this place!

Jimottis is one of my favorite places to eat. It's an authentic flavor that you can't get anywhere else. Lately I've been doing take out because it's not really comfortable to eat there. It's kinda small and it gets loud and people are everywhere but that doesn't take away from the fact that this food is superb! The ramen is my favorite. Hands down the best I've ever had!!
