Just found this gem! Mom and I dropped in for coffee and loved everything about it. Very friendly, attentive staff, down home feel, with great prices and variety. Definitely drop by for coffee and a meal!
Great atmosphere, the Owner she's so nice to everyone who comes through the door, all of her staff quick and very friendly. The food is the best,as well as the coffee, Every time I have friends from out of town visit I take them here. My number 1 place to eat.

First time visiting for lunch and the pimento cheese sandwich was soooooo delicious! I'm coming back Friday with more friends and can't wait to try another delicious dish!

This place is amazing I try to go there every time I'm dating downtown Sanford the service is excellent the breakfast sandwiches are excellent the coffee is outstanding highly recommend if you are in the area definitely stop in you won't be disappointed
If we are in town, we go every Saturday morning for sausage gravy biscuit with fried egg on top and oatmeal or everything muffin. My husband ordered sausage gravy biscuit at Boca Bay at Wrightsville Beach good but no comparison to Kathy’s. I no longer order oatmeal anywhere other than Kathy’s. I know you are probably saying oatmeal is oatmeal but try it, you will like it. Staff is Great, Attentive, and Extremely Pleasant.
