Been there 2x, neither order was exactly right, but they did fix it. Hushpuppies are the best thing on the menu.

They didn’t have enough dark meat to fulfill my order, so they substituted it for dry cold chicken tenders. Also, the chicken legs they used for my order were literally about 3 inches long.

Fantastically awful service. Second time ordered through a delivery service and second time our orders were messed up.

I was going to get lunch here but for some reason this location does not have dining rooms open. That's unfortunate because I'm not going to eat a messy barbecue sandwich and fries in my lap in the car.

I love Smithfield's BBQ but today I was very disappointed that the majority of my sandwich was SLAW. Yes, I should've checked it before driving away to see why the bag was super light. In the past, the sandwich spilled over with BBQ. Today you pay more and get less!
