The employees were super sweet. They made sure I was taken care of and enjoyed my drink before I drove away. 10/10, would recommend.
Got this today at the sanford, nc store. "Light Ice" did not happen. Looks and feels like extra ice. Very disappointed.
Update: Starbucks reached out to me to get more information and provided us $35 fill up on our Starbucks account. I would say this is exceptional customer service on their part.

Inside cafe was randomly closed on a Sunday with no warning or reason and we needed to use the bathroom. Great. We did not end up going through the drive-thru either.
Updating my review because it is CRUCIAL that baristas remember some people have ALLERGIES. So when someone orders an alternate milk, it would be safest if they would CONFIRM with the customer that they heard correctly by repeating back the order in full.
