Love this place. Great environment with the right staff! Steve the manager always has a great attitude & the staff is always great- definitely brytania (not sure of spelling) .. always up for house long islands here

You always know what you're gonna get at an Applebee's. The management was very attentive. Our waitress was around to help us the perfect amount of time. I think Holly....Thank You!!!

No matter what, these guys are always great. I don't remember the particular managers name, but he always comes up to the table and says hi to us, and he remembers us all the time. We order from here at least 2 times a month and anytime our food is lacking in quality, they fix it if we're there, or comp the meal for that person. No other Applebee's I've been to has this much focus on customer service, and I greatly appreciate that. An example, I tried DoorDashing an order from there about 4 nights ago. I waited about an hour and my food never came because they couldn't find a dasher. So I place a pick-up order online and went and picked it up. The manager apologized and told me he's so sorry they didn't come get my food. I told him it's not a big deal at all and I don't blame them. He told me he hasn't seen us in for a while and he'd love to see us come in and sit down for a meal sometime. Makes you feel important. Love it. Keep it up guys.
