Reviews of Mcdonald's

Usually do not expect a whole lot from McDonalds except for the convenience. However, one thing that I do expect is that my food is actually cooked. I bit into my burger to find it cold and raw in the middle!!! Also. To be honest, the burger was so greasy and dripping such oil the cardboard container that it was in fell apart from soaking in the grease!!! I do eat at McDonald's fairly often, but I will be avoiding this location at all cost from now on.

Absolutely terrible. Every time I go there's always a problem. Either I'm waiting by the drive thru box for 15 minutes while employee are smoking by the dumpster. Or my orders wrong or missing items. Or today's catastrophe, I pulled up to the drive thru, no one in front of me, and the menu isn't up, instead someone else's order is still up. I ask to see the menu and he says "start ordering and that will go away". That doesn't even make sense. The point of the menu is to see what you want BEFORE you order. And I tell him that I need to see the menu first. He says he can't do that and I just need to order. Again I tell him, no, I need to look at the menu first and he tells me "that's not my problem, I can't do anything about that, you need to order." We left and went to the other McDonald's, wouldn't you know, the menu started up the whole time after the other vehicle so I could see what we wanted. Clearly this McDonald's doesn't know what they're doing and they need better training because it's horrendous there.

I rate this low mainly for the reason I have been here twice now. The first time I went they got my order wrong and the burgers where overcooked and tasted weird however the staff was very nice and friendly. The second time they got my order right but their burgers where still overcooked while tasting weird and at the end of the night into the next day I was not feeling well at all. The staff the second time was very friendly. That being said I currently wouldn't recommend it for the food only for the pleasant and fun staff.
