First time trying and my shrimp scampi was amazing! Lots of shrimp. The sourdough was great and the wait staff was knowledgeable and very attentive! We will be back! So we want back 3 days later and got a ribeye and the strip. Both cooked perfectly and seasoned very well!
My husband and I ate here with a friend in November 2021. This was the best fish I've had in the Ft Myers area. Service was excellent. The ambience here is great -- especially off season. I plan to go back in May (off season) when friends are in town.

Just finished possibly one of the best meals I’ve ever had Sanibel. Our server Logan was amazing. She went over the drink menu & specials & made great recommendations that both my wife and I loved. The food, service & ambiance were a perfect 10/10.

My husband and I are in love with this place! The food is always excellent and we've had great service every time we've gone. We try to get in for all of our special occasions because we just love it so much.

What an amazing anniversary dinner at The Sandbar! Chef Brian is on top of his game. From the boom boom shrimp appetizer to my wife's filet, done perfectly, to my ribs it was all prepared spot on! And dessert of my creme Brule and my wife's chocolate martini topped off a perfect dinner!
The atmosphere was nice, the waitress was very knowledgeable. The food was excellent, everything tasted fresh there wasn't a long wait. Out of all the places that I ate at this week on the island this is by far my favorite place and was happy to go out on a high note before I went home.
A great place for a good dinner. The menu has some delicious, freshly prepared dishes — we ordered the daily specials, and they were as tasty as they sounded.
