The broiled stuffed grouper, fried fish combo, broiled stuffed shrimp and peanut butter pie. Mojito and lime and coconut. All of it was great. Service was very quick and friendly.
Gotta come back here to try some other dishes. Johnathan our server was helpful. I appreciated the recommendation to get the fish tacos they were good and huge. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Marrissa was our server she was very nice friendly and helpful! The Key lime cheesecake was worth the trip itself!!!
The Shrimp taco was a little bit of a let down. My husband was very happy with the hogfish.

Wonderful Spring afternoon spent at the Sanibel Fish House. The adult beverages were flavorful, large and fairly priced. We were craving a good smoked fish dip and this did not disappoint. The Crunchy Grouper Rubin is a Florida Standard and this was perfectly made. The surprise was the Tuna Melt
Coconut shrimp was phenomenal as usual... sweet potato fries or regular, you won't go wrong. House made ginger dipping sauce is to die for. Grouper basket is great. The key lime pie is definitely where it's at!! Same room for it or take a slice to-go!!
Love their crab and shrimp dip. Excellent snow crab legs. Snapper was a bit bland for our tastes, but everything was well cooked. the desserts (chocolate icecream “cake” and key lime pie) were fantastic!
We all thoroughly enjoyed our dinners here! There's a large bar area separate from the dining area, so that's a plus. The decor is nice and really gives a nice beach vibe. I had the king crab - not only was the portion very large, but it was cooked perfectly! Highly recommend for a wonderful meal!

Had a wonderful dinner at the Sanibel Fish House. My wife and I started out with some tasty bloody Mary's(the spicy ones). My daughter had the snow crab legs which were cooked very well. My wife enjoyed the crab meat stuffed shrimp which were delicious, and I had the coconut shrimp, some of the best
