Well run, modern and clean place. Bahn mi and fries were good, nothing huge really but bread was good and but chewy as I like it. The have craft beers and craft Stubborn sodas. Had the root beer that seemed low on flavor. Would go back and try other orders. Easy to find

Best burgers EVER!!!! I ordered the bbq bacon cheese burger which has jalapenos on it. BEST I HAVE EVER TASTED! I HAVE BEEN BACK 3 TIMES ALREADY. It is a family owned restaurant. A mother and two grown children. I also recommend a strawberry cider the mother introduced me to the last time I was in.
Love the double cheeseburger and fries! It was so flavorful. My husband and I split the burger although I am a light eater. The owner was warm and friendly. Will do this again the next time we are in Santa Ana. Their motto "Nice to Meat you".
Went to Braizen last night and had the lamb burger. I’m not a “burger” person but this one was absolutely amazing. It was cooked perfectly and the spices were perfect, not too much but perfect 👍🏻. Stopped in for a late night sandwich while staying at the hotel across the street. So glad I did. One of the better sandwiches I've ever had and the fries are on point too! Plus craft beer and wine on tap! I may have to stay at this hotel more often so I can visit again! Highly recommend!
Great sandwiches and burgers made with fresh ingredients by a mother / daughter team, and a nice selection of beers on tap. Can't wait to return for happy hour to try a few things on the HH menu. Highly recommend!
