The staff here is amazing. We are inside and the cashier was very attentive to me and my two young children. And the kitchen/drive thru staff were hustling like crazy, but they were all professional and nice. The food is great, of course. I highly recommend the kale crunch side salad.

The only bad Chick-fil-A I've been to in my entire life. Horribly slow, dirty inside. The workers don't even know what a chicken biscuit is. They were declared a public nuisance because of the traffic they cause. Being from Georgia, I feel bad that this is Santa Barbara's only Chick-fil-A experience
