The worst interpretation of Chinese food I have ever had--and probably the poorest quality food I have had at a restaurant. Would not recommend. Cheap Chinese with large portions. Orange chicken was decent, do not get the fried rice. Side note: Why doesn't Santa Barbara have any good Chinese food?

My experience here was amazing! I ordered the Kung Pao Chicken and my cousin ordered the Patron soup. They both tasted amazing. The fried rice was really good.

My experience at State Street Cafe & China Bowl was great. I've ordered delivery and have also eaten at there location. My girlfriend loves the Kung Pao Tofu with Steamed rice and I had the Deluxe Tri-tip Sandwich.
