The tonkotsu broth is not creamy at all and the flavor of the original pork bone is strong; the shio ramen has a very light chicken broth, which is also pretty delicious.

Highly recommend the miso soup and add the braised pork and a extra egg with the chilli paste. You will not regret it. Full of flavor. Also for appetizer the spicy Karaage was delicious.
