The foods are good ... nothing fancy like Black Angus ... Cheese Cake Factory but they are good. Our waiter, Alexander, was super friendly and attentive!
It's Sizzler. Steaks are good for the price - don't expect prime or even choice here. They are pretty consistent with steaks being the correct temperature, as long as you like medium or darker. Medium rare is closer to medium, but most steak places are afraid you'll send it back if it is too red.
Portions of side dishes are generous. Ice cream machine works and there were sugar cones.
Salad bar has more options than I remember from before the pandemic. Even had ribs, chicken nuggets and potato wedges. Good selection of actual salad ingredients too.
Very nice they have gloves for use at the salad bar and everyone was using gloves and wearing masks at the salad bar and at the desert bar. Exception service, friendly and helpful!!! Shrimp is always great. The salad bar is excellent.
Last week when we went, the gloves they provide were only large and I need extra large, hopefully they will restock a larger size again soon. Today they now have the X-Large gloves for buffet use.
Salad bar, soup and hot bar area was open. They provided plastic gloves and prefer you wear face mask while serving yourself at the salad bar area.
I have been here dozens of times. Always get the senior salad bar. It includes several items to make your salad as well as a few salads already available like potato salad, pasta salad, Ceasar salad. 3 soups you can choose from along with chicken wings, nuggets and BBQ ribs. Senior salads include a drink. $12.29 is a super value.
Nice to see a Sizzler still around. This one goes to extra effort to keep the salad bar well stocked and clean. Makes a huge difference, always did. Some nice choices there too. A shrimp ceviche with bright citrus flavors and some how and juicy chicken nuggets and BBQ riblets made this a nice choice for a comfortable and tasty dinner.
