Awesome place! Made me a awesome drink! It was the dragon fruit refresher with apple juice instead of water,and it was awesome!!! Its convenient too as it's near the free shuttle stop to the airport
15 minutes after ordering for 1 coffee with cream and sugar. I also noticed some really poor whip technique, but it wasn't my drink so I probably shouldn't care that the baristas are mediocre.
This is bizarre and bad. They were very friendly but that long for regular coffee is absurd.
Located right in front of Santa Clara University. Just like other Starbucks, there is seating both inside and outside. Service was good. Restrooms were well maintained.
We went in today to order a nitro cold brew. The staff do not pay attention to your orders. They just gave us a normal cold brew, but charged us for nitro. We found out only at the time of pick up. The staff was very unprofessional and careless about it. They seemed very casual abt not providing us
Staff is great; management make me want to vomit. I unintentionally overheard the unbelievably patronizing way the manager lectured an employee (who was doing a fine job) about “customer connection.” I had to suppress an actual shudder. I just want my coffee. I’m not trying to make a new best friend
The store closes early @ 3pm every day, I've seen many customers stopping by, and shocked that Starbucks is closed, disgusted they return back to their cars.
Friendly, we really almost closing. Things were still good 👍 but I just don't like their large coffee cups 😕. They're weak and the lids pop right off and with hot coffee that's not safe
