What started out as a bad experience last night, turned out to be an excellent one. We were seated immediately in the bar area only to get forgotten by the person that was to be our server. After a 15+ minute wait we were able to stop a server walking by. She immediately took our drink order. Once she brought those to us she very kindly took our food order, even though we weren’t in her assigned station. She took it upon herself to take care of us, made sure we were happy with everything and apologized that we got overlooked. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.
Although we didn’t officially get her name, our receipt said our server was Lizzy. So Lizzy, thank you again for making my first dining experience at Wood Ranch a good one. We have never received such excellent service at any restaurant. We will most definitely return and hopefully can request to have Lizzy as our server again.
Love the location ... outside dining the best .... The food is amazing .... The service was excellent !!! Go on your birthday .... The best Chocolate Chip baked cookie with a scoop of ice cream !!! The Best ever !!!
Best service and food I've every had at a Woodranch. This one is way better then the one by me. The service was on point the food came out quickly, hot and correct.

Everyone in our party of 8 was extremely satisfied with their meal. Our waiter was excellent in both service and banter.
Wood Ranch has excellent food that is very flavorful. The service is always great. I would recommend Wood Ranch to everyone!
I had the absolute best dinning experience yesterday. Our waitress was Jen Moore and she made mine and my wife's day. Our service was fantastic and the three of us did nothing but laugh. We have eaten at wood ranch several times but after yesterday I think we will be regular. I hope this gets back to her, she deserves a big thank you.
Best beef ribs ever. Also my wife loves the try tip chop salad best ever. Service is always fantastic can't wait to go back thanks wood ranch!!!
Food was excellent! Need to open one in Hanford, Ca. Have no kind of steak/Ribs/chicken places like this at all. Would kill in this town.
