Ordered a few Southwest bbq chicken salads, burgers, onion rings etc. On one of the southwest chicken salads the put a few tiny pieces of chicken as you can see. If I would’ve known they don’t put chicken on their salads but yet charge I would’ve ordered a side salad !!!! Horrible ugh

The managers here are amazing! They truly treat their customers like family. The cashiers have never gotten my order wrong and they always welcome me with a wave and a hello! The manager with the upbeat attitude is always my favorite! He always welcomes me in the store and always strikes up a convo.

It gets very busy during lunch but the staff are very helpful. Option to dine in or sit outside was nice. Of course the burger was delicious. The spicy edemame and sauce were great!
