My partner and I ordered food through the app. We selected delivery thinking it was through Wingstop. Really, it's done through DoorDash which it did not say until after we had paid. Because of this, there was no way to get support as both companies blamed each other. We waited 2 hours for our food.
So if you order food here, bring another meal because it’s gonna take at least 30-35 minutes to get your food. Employees don’t apologize and seem like they don’t care. I’m sorry I interrupted your phone time during your work hours at your job by ordering food.
I went in with my two boys and was told it was 30-40 minutes wait. While waiting, I realized how busy the three employees were. Saldo, many customers fail to understand that restaurant was under staffed,. Employees remained courteous as they faced shouting from impatient customers. I hope and pray p
It amaze me the amount of 5 stars on this place. Got some wings last night. Half half on the flavors. So first all the wings tasted the same, not a noticeable difference between the spicy and the less spicy. Second and more importantly the wings were DRY. Really felt overcooked and sitting in a pool
