We visited the Greater Pacific restaurant at the Hyatt in Valencia the Saturday before Mother's day for dinner. While the restaurant was nice enough, the dinner was horrible. The Chicken Marinara, was nothing but linguini in what tasted like grocery store bought pasta sauce with the grilled chicken
The food was good but truly terrible service. There were only 5 tables occupied and the service was so slow. I waited to get seated. I waited to get coffee. I waited to pay my check. Only eat here if you aren’t in a hurry.
Although the bartenders were friendly and great, the food service was terrible. Food took over an hour, including appetizers. When it finally showed up they were missing items, and quality mediocre. Also there was a manager or someone in charge of the events that was just flat out rude outside.
Even worst than the old Vines. The salad had quinoa that was so undercooked that cracked between my teeth. To compensate, the wild mushroom pappardelle were overcooked though, with very little fungi and a tasteless sauce. Unedible. A Saturday at noon the place was completely empty (now we know why),
