The husband and I decided to try something new and different in the area. We got both along with a surprise on how beautiful this place was. You walk in and see a nice sitting area, bookshelves along the hall way and walk way. The entire staff was inviting, welcoming and very pleasant. It was such a great experience. I ordered the eggs Benedict and coffee, he order the solaire breakfast 😋. We both really enjoyed our food, experience and the service.
Shout out to our server Lyla she was awesome and made the experience a little more memorable.
Great place for family, friends, gatherings , party's, or just a staycation.
Thank you for a great experience

I was pleasantly surprised to see the hotel pool bar was open. I guess it's not normally open due to covid. It was open for another private event, but they were still serving hotel and pool guests which was awesome. The cocktails were so tasty! Jeff and Rainbow were awesome, and they made some tasty drinks. I was in town for a funeral, not so great, but they both made me smile. Felt nice to sit in the sunshine with great drinks while talking to the friendly staff. Wayne, the chef, was also outside chatting with them and he too was very kind. When you can only handle so much family stuff, it's super nice to take a break and meet some new people. Appreciate the drinks and the conversations! Thanks for taking great care of me!

I realize you get first priority at their restaurant based on skin color, my second visit and same exp. Hotel is nice but Solaire waiters can use some training on customer service, acknowledgement, just being polite

I wish the menu indicated that the Ahi nachos were spicy. Waited so long for water at breakfast that we got up to get it ourselves.

Thanks to Flavia and Rainbow for helping us find a warm and inviting venue for an outdoor evening meeting! Our spot around the fire pit with heaters, drinks, and sandwiches plus access to the cozy cabana was perfect. Great service + safe/comfortable social distancing! We miss the full menu but appreciate having the bar service, looking forward to our next event. Thanks!

The hotel and meeting rooms are nice. I really love the random nature spaces! The main restrooms are far outdated. The doors barely close; the seats are yellowed and skewed to the side; the TP holders are two different kinds. One like in a public high school and the single ones are so close to the floor you can't get the tissue out of them without wiping the floor.
The restaurant, food, service, and staff are EXCELLENT!! The people employed here are what truly saved the place and gave it a 4-star.

The food is great. Really nice servers. But, the atmosphere just doesn't justify the price (most mains over $30)! For SC, this is a very expensive restaurant! Need to dim the lights (way too diner bright), and maybe add some divider between the restaurant and hotel hallway and bar. Also, the waiters should lose the diner name tags, nice resto do not have waiters w name tags.

Third time it's been awful, had to leave a review. Used to come here monthly. Now, after tonight, not again. Everything has gone WAY down-hill in the last year.
This place opened strong a couple years ago, and is now an insulting dining experience.
The front of house staff is constantly thrown under the bus and seem more like professional grovelers. Constantly appologizing, and comping meals for wrong, incomplete and inedeble food. The food quality has dropped dramatically in the last year. Used to be the best burger in town. Now, a joke.
Pretends at fine dining, but nowhere close.
Don't go to dine. If you end up there... grab a bottled beer (dirty draft glasses) or cocktail (they pour heavy to cover for the kitchen)
