Fabulous Japanese cuisine and sushi. We had several rolls that were specific to this location and they were all fantastic! The Gilroy roll had a slow spiciness/heat that built up and lingered...it was excellent. The quality of the sushi was also top notch. There were so many items on the VERY expan

Miso soup was great, not too salty. Shogun poppers were excellent, jalapeño with salmon, spicy mayo, sriracha, and cream cheese. Donkatsu was also good with huge amounts.

I had the tuna roll and the salmon roll. They stuffed a lot of fish in the roll, more than most places. It was fresh and well priced. Service was friendly and attentive. Minus one star for being sloppily rolled, it didn't stay together and fell apart.

The food was good and large portions. We ordered a salmon collar. It was like a whole serving of salmon. I ordered the sashimi mix with hamachi and sake salmon. The presentation was beautiful. The slices were generous portions. A great deal for that much sushi. We sat outside. They have heat lamps.
