First time today, service was excellent. Very professional and polite. Food was delicious very tasty. Location is right at Santa Cruz downtown, perfect weather for a hot soup. They were busy so ordered to go, the portions are well served. Prices are affordable. Only one restroom for all gender but for the size of the restaurant i think is ok. Thank you Pacific Thai. Will definitely come back.

I can not recommend this place high enough. We went two nights in a row, and if we had stayed in Santa Cruz longer we would have gone again. The peanut sauce is to die for, as well as their other food. The couple who runs it are the sweetest people, and it's a good location. They have good boba and fair pricing.

AMAZING boba tea!! Definitely some of the best boba I've had. It has a very distinct flavor compared to other places, definitely a must try!!!

It is located in downtown Santa Cruz. We dropped by on a sunny Sunday. The street is busy as the community is reopen. It is still outdoor dinning only. The food are better than expected.
