Definitely one of my favorite pizza places in Santa Cruz. It’s hard to get authentic Italian pizza like this unless you’re in a bigger city. Great place for a stop for a quick and inexpensive meal. Their warm gourmet olive plates is incredible with pizza.
Not worth the price. We ask for fries on the side. They gave us 2 or max 3 really little potatos in slices. The garniture on the top of the pizza was really poor too..almost no cheese and meet. Disappointing

Wonderful experience at Pizzeria Avanti - we shared the butter lettuce with beets salad, then split the lasagna and the chicken fusilli. We had more than enough left overs the next day! Excellent wine, amazing staff, always a pleasure to dine here.
We are visiting from Vegas and it’s hard to find a good place to eat. This place had good ratings but food was soooo nasty. We order wings and had horrible flavor. We got the sausage pizza and it lack of flavor. I wouldn’t recommend it
