A solid Starbucks with a great location and fast service. No drive thru but a great walk in location with perfect outdoor seating. Staff are very friendly.

This is the absolute worst Starbucks location in Santa Cruz, if not the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. There are no outlets for laptops, minimal drink selection, and the staff is disgustingly inhumane and rude. The next one down the road, or 20 miles down the road would be a much better option
