M.g. Sushi - Santa Cruz - Photo album

This is my favorite Chinese restaurant in downtown Santa Cruz. Food is very good, and they'll make it your way. Service is friendly and very good. The menu is broad, with special dishes that aren't all that common. Two of my favorites are Singapore Chow Foon and Jalapeno Fish (which can also be made
descent place for good Chinese food. try the combination platter it gives you chow me in, rice, soup and an eggroll extra to your ordered entree. I had the Orange chicken which was very good. It was not to crowded and they have free parking. seems to be rare in Santa Cruz.
I got the lunch special, which was very reasonably priced (overall lunch price was $6.75, before the $1.50 I paid to substitute pork fried rice instead of steamed rice). The meal started out with a cup of sweet and sour soup which was great! For the main course I had the kung pao beef, and while the
We love wor won ton soup and have been tasting all of the soups in Santa Cruz. Mei Garden has a top of the line soup - great soup base with lots of flavor, twice the portion of other restaurants, lots of shrimps, chicken, pork, won tons, and fresh veggies. The price was very reasonable. This was
Not bad. The sea food soup was kinda weird and we couldn't even finish small cups. But the other two dishes we ordered (Jalapeno Fish and Chicken Broccoli) were pretty good.
Absolutely horrible service! We were standing at the desk for 15min before we were even acknowledged. Then it took over an hour to get my food to go. The hostess/server was extremely rude and acted like it was such a problem when I asked for soy sauce and utensils. Rice was saugy and undercooked alo
The food is pretty good all round. It's usually between here and Golden Palace for Chinese food among the people I know. I opt in favor of Golden Palace on account of Mei's absolutely horrible hot and sour soup(included with all special combos). Avoid that and you'll be okay.
Everything was great!!!! The chicken chow mein, the chicken soup, the sweet and saur and the egg rolls was really good and tasty. The price was fair ! We were a family of 5 adults 2 kids and 2 babies.
