These guys have some of the best customer service out of all the Taco Bell locations in Santa Cruz County. They greet you when you come in, they acknowledge you when you leave. Their service is fast, and friendly. They do have kiosks at the front of the store, so you can order there as well as at the counter. it's a smaller Taco Bell and a busier location, but the customer service and their speed is worth it..

This was my first Taco Bell experience and although the food was actually quite reasonable, the premises are in need of a re-fit.
I’m actually quite relieved that the food was so fresh and I was able to enjoy it as I’d been so looking forward to trying.
Thankfully we were just in the area passing through but if I was local I’d probably look at other restaurants.

Its good but I wish the fries were more fresh. I've gotten them about 6 times and only the 1st time were they nice and hot. They were yummy when they are hit but I'm afraid to try again after 5 times then being old. I even asked for well done fries hoping they would make new ones or even put the old ones back down but they said no they can't do that, you get what you get.

Great and energetic employees, one guy was so nice and funny while giving orders to people including me, as well as a nice old sweet lady who I believe manages it. Anyway, great experience with this tacobell! Food and employees were great.

It was taco bell just about as good as eating glass with 6/10 meat but what really lets me know this is a more high class taco bell is no cute animals to pet. That's right want to pet a rat go elsewhere because they don't have any. Kinda like good food.

I complained to the staff because I wanted to know about why last month and, a few times this month this Taco Bell was closed a whole day and night to, but some employees were still there behind the counter looking like they were working but instead laughing an joking and playing music. Neither of the two employees there today had no idea what I was talking about except for one day the computer went out and they had to close . So I asked was there anything else and the new cashier I think it was only her third day just started to complain about how they don't have enough employees and some of them are not trained enough and some of them quit in a few weeks and things like that. I said well hopefully it gets better because U don't want to go out at night late walking eight blocks and U get there to Taco Bell and see this note saying closed and U don't know why! and the staff when it open again knew nothing about it pretty weird huh? Also the restaurant was so dirty the floor had so much food and trash on it some employee missed cleaning that day but I think it was because of the short staff Taco Bell please hire some employees that will stay and treat the customers well and clean the eating area in side the restaurant ok thank U!

Horrible experience. They are not prepared. They advertise breakfast until 11 am but they stop serving at 10:30 am because they "run out of eggs" this is false advertisement. I placed an order online - with only 10 minutes for my break I drive over to pick up my order and they tell me there is no eggs. I couldn't even get my money back.

I worked at a Taco Bell for 2 years. All 3 employees at the store seemed either very new or just like they didn’t gaf. Nacho fries weren’t shaked with the cheese, and Cinnabon delights had no sugar. If they’re taking these kind of shortcuts with the food I dread what else is going on in the kitchen.
Also why are they all in the back, took one forever to notice I was at the counter.
