If it could be a 0 star it would be. I bought these and went home and found out that they have been opened and then stapled back closed.

Hubby went there from our hotel at 10:45 pm on a Sat night and he said there were closed, cleaning up and stuff. Not 24 hrs after all.

Cramped, dirty, rude staff, fringy looking people lingering outside. The parking lot is a fender bender waiting to happen if not something worse. All in all unless it's imperative you go here then do yourself a favor and don't.

The worst 7 Eleven store ever! It was late evening, I stopped by this store because I forgot my cell phone charger. I was working as one of the vendor at coconut grove fair. I needed a charger because I'm not familiar with the area. I stopped by this 7-Eleven store #367 and purchased a cell phone car charger. The charger did not work it was a defective product. I paid a total cost of $7.95, after I bought the product and realized it did not work I immediately went back to the store and asked if I can replace the product or get my money back. The cashier (a Hispanic female) told me, No! She said that once you buy the product your stuck with it, there's no replacement or returns for the product even if it's defective. I was so disappointed because first, there was no where that policy was stated in the store and second secondly stores like this 7-Eleven store #367 should be accountable for selling the public defective products. I realized that it was not worth being upset over $7.95 and I just wanted to get home. So, I left the product on their counter and left, instead I asked someone outside the store for directions.

While the employee's of this business seem like nice and decent folk, the people they allow to loiter on their property really detract from the place. Once it starts getting dark, there will be different groups of people posted up outside the doors, eyeballing anyone walking in, they might try to sell you drugs or something off the back of a truck. You might also get propositioned by some of the local hookers who hang out around there, be careful! I have had friends(younger women) who have told me they have been harassed or briefly followed from time to time by these loiters. Hope the business finds a way to deal with this issue.

I will begin by saying they do choose some good employees, the younger girls that work there are very sweet and apologetic that their hands are tied because of the horrible management at this store..the doors are often locked at closing time 2am for up to 45 minutes with a parking lot full of people..then they are constantly under stocked for basic things..when they were out (again, really?) of the items I purchase daily I was told they must be discontinued or they couldn’t even be bothered to write the items down..for six days I kept going in but I have now decided to avoid the store entirely after buying twenty dollars at least of merch daily because the female manager told me she wasn’t going to order my items and have them sit on the shelves (I buy daily) but that I must not be that bummed because I keep comin in..wonder if she wonders where I’ve been? Doubt it
This place is the worst run 7/11 I have ever been to

There's not a lot of parking and some of the employees are efficient without being polite or even pleasant for that matter. While others are always polite even downright nice sometimes.

This is one of the most cramped and unorganized locations that I've ever been to, and it's barely clean enough to walk around. Take your time to go elsewhere.
