Taco Bell - Santa Cruz - Photo album

Basically a self-serve Taco Bell, no interactions with any employees at all. The food was alright considering, and service was fast. I like the visibility into the kitchen, gives a lot more peace of mind about the food (at least for me personally).๐Ÿ˜Œ
The manager was extremely nice, and was able to take a mistake I made in ordering on the app (from the wrong location) and essentially comp. my $17 lunch order. Iโ€™ll be back for the quick service here again and again!
Well I had a fun time joking with the young man behind the counter, He was new. We ordered the 11.99 burrito, taco box. We ask that they made the crunchy tacos soft tacos and make them super sour cream and tomatoes when we got home and opened it up we ended up with crunchy regular tacos oh there was
A fine place to stop if youโ€™re driving through Santa Cruz. No drive through, which gives you a chance to interact with the fascinating and wonderful locals.
Actually the beat taco bell Ive had in a long time!!!!!! Nacho Fries were amazing and the beN burrito had that classic taste
Waited 32 minutes for food. Place was jam packed for no other reason than there being a lack of hustle behind the counter. I say this with 6 years of food service in my history, 3 of those at fast food chains. Needs better management. Gets more than 1 star because they didn't screw up my order.
Fast service even when swamped. Bathroom is limited to one and you must be escorted with a key to enter ๐Ÿ”๐Ÿ—๏ธ. Riff raff of Santa Cruz is to blame. Clean bathrooms and lobby
Located in the heart of Scott's Valley, it is one of the most convenient Taco Bell restaurants. The drive thru is quick and easy. Service is very fast. Parking is not a problem since the lot is huge (shared with other businesses).
