Good food BUT great customer service. I was in drive through during lunch, I left in a hurry and forgot my debit card. Called back and they had it, when I went for it, they had placed it into their safe so it took a few minutes to get it to me. Definitely appreciate that my card was stored away in their safe. Will go back to this Carl's because of this positive experience.
I have been coming to this location for over 5 years and I was recently taken care of by Stephanie. Customer service skills were phenomenal and I see her taking on a management role.
Store needed minor details but over all 95% good to go. If you want excellent customer service treatment I recommend Stephanie. She makes the difference.
I visited for the one day sale offering a free Beyond Burger (plant based) with large drink purchase. The staff was friendly and helpful and guided me through my burger purchase and additional purchases. It was Halloween night and the person assisting me wore makeup and associated accessories that made it fun interesting, but they maintained professionalism throughout our interaction.

Drive thru was fast and person working the window was friendly n courteous. Order of two Guacamole Burgers and one California Classic Burger was prompt n very fresh. Great price at $2.99 each. Only recommendation would be is to use leaf lettuce vs chopped lettuce.
