Walked in and I was quickly greeted and helped! I got a few ribeyes and pork blade steaks at a great price. I brought my father-in-law from Minnesota to try the BBQ and he had a great brisket sandwich with great Onion rings! I cannot recommend this small town butcher enough!

I love this place! They make the best sausage. You can't find or buy sausage like this at the store. I also like their beef plate ribs. There's plenty of meat on them and the cuts are of good quality. I drive all the way here from town to get my meats.
Great meat market and awesome deer processing. They have a great assortment of meats and numerous options for getting deer and other game processed. Their prices are reasonable as well no matter what you are getting from them.

I had never heard of this place till my friend told me about it. I have stomach cancer and cannot handle the processed meats (I was having pain from eating them) but the meat is so fresh. They ladies helping us was amazing!! This place is truly a god send.

I've always had good experiences here. Unfortunately it's a little too far and I grow our own beef for me to buy much there though I do love their sausage. Today I took in a cow for butchering. They are always real professional and really good to work with. Really appreciate Raymond and Laurie (sp)
Cant believe it took me this long to try this place after moving to santa fe. Hands down the best burgers around galveston and houston area. Cant wait to try the rest of the menu. Ladies upfront were great also.
