Went to Joseph's on NYE. Their dinner menu was impressive, but that made it a little difficult to decide which dish(es) we should chose. We went with the Lamb Ribs for an appetizer and split the Duck Confit. Both were delicious, but the Duck Confit was outstanding. It had a smoky, mildly-sweet and spicy sauce. I have been dreaming of this dish every night since. Later in the evening my boyfriend proposed to me, so Joseph's will forever be a special place for us. Our server was very attentive and polite. We will definitely return!

To me, Joseph's is a cross between a friendly, neighborhood bar like "Cheers" where you walk in and everyone is genuinely happy to see you...and an incredible world-class fine dining destination. I recommend Joseph's to everyone I meet. You could say I'm an unofficial brand ambassador for this amazing place. You've gotta try the Lamburger!!! OMG!!! Actually everything is incredible. Thank you Chef Joseph and your entire team. <3

My go to restaurant when I have company and or business associates I want to impress with a true New Mexican architectural vibe and understated elegance. Joseph's adventurous recipes are wonderful as he is always pushing the envelope with unique flavor combinations that lead to a happy, delicious surprise. A must visit when in Santa Fe.

Treated well from start to finish. Enjoyed the quirky old world interior. We'd split a beef stew. Very hearty & enjoyable especially with the cold weather. I got the seared bass (fish dujour). Very good, but I liked my partner's choice even more, the vegetable napoleon. We'd asked our lovely server (we didn't get her name) her choices on dessert. She'd recommended the salted caramel butterscotch pudding & the Chocolate Marquis cake. Both were big winners in my book! We'll be back.

We had our "night after the wedding" dinner here and it was not only gorgeous, but very much one of the best dinners we've had in Santa Fe. Everyone ordered something different and it was all divine!! Shout out to the MGR, Starr, for taking good care of us. We'll be back!! 💗

Definitely my favorite in all of my Santa Fe favorites. Cool, classy but not biting and bitchy. Rich, warm ,funny, knowledgeable staff. Eclectic and super fun culinary artworks, gorgeous, fresh, delicious. In the dining room, outdoors or at the Bar, THE BEST. Dr. Wrede is da Man in an apron ya wanna know. ♡

This is one of the most phenomenal restaurants on the planet, quite possibly the galaxy! Every time I go the sheer perfection of it brings tears to my eyes. Hire a plane, a boat, a bus...whatever just get there and say hi to my cousin Joe for me!

Seriously. Just go. Forget the critics. And for God or Buddha's sake, get the lamb ribs and butterscotch pudding. At least.
