A great find! We sat at the Chef's Table and thoroughly enjoyed our small plates dinner. The blue cornmeal oysters were outstanding. We had two servings! The margarita made with a smokey mezcal was the best I have ever had. Will be back!
What an amazing night, my Mom was celebrating her 80th birthday and her name is Eloise so we took her to the Eloise for dinner. The owner came to the table and introduced himself and asked if he could take a picture with her as he held a picture of his Grandma, who was also an Eloise. The food is amazing and the service impeccable. I have had the opportunity to dine in some of the most exclusive places in the world and this place is second to none of them. Great Place!
We had dinner here last night and I have to say we where very surprised with this resturant. The cocktails where some of the best we have ever had. The blue corn bread was lovely. The crab cakes beat all the crab cakes we have had previously. But above all of that our entrée was the most amazing combination of flavors we have had. This was an upscale twist on and American Classic and I could not have been more pleased. You cannot go wrong eating here. Worth every cent!

Knowledgeable staff and pretty delicious food. I really enjoyed the beet salad and the caramelized brioche which was a super yummy dessert, very interesting with the popcorn ice cream. I will have it again when we are in town next.
Hands down the best Christmas meal of my life. Such innovative plates and friendly staff. We are back again tonight for drinks and dinner.
Food and service was excellent. A must goto restaurant while staying in Santa Fe. It made for a nice ending night visit on this trip to Santa Fe.
Best tasting most finely prepared rainbow trout I've ever eaten!
All the dishes were fantastic. The flavors are unique yet traditional. The presentation is satisfying. The service is friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. I was impressed by everyone's dishes but I recommend the Ruban taco appetizers and of course the tamales. The drinks were good, but a little pricey
The service was great. The Food was Amazing.
Its hard a good place that has the 2 here in santa fe.
Definitely be back. I loved it

The food and service (with a smile) is always fantastic at Eloisa. I've never had a bad experience in their modern and quiet atmosphere. Highly recommended.
Took my team there for our holiday lunch. Nice vibe and enjoyed it not being South West style. The menu was reasonable, though not great for those on plant based diets, and the prices were fair for a higher end restaurant. Everyone certainly felt they were being treated. A couple of small things that a restaurant of that caliber should do better - I ordered seasonal veggies, which would have been great, if the season was summer. Our local Farmers Market has some great root veggies at this time of year, so the chef might want to take a trip. And several of the entrees are served in big dishes and the server was carrying one in each hand with his thumb in the bowl. Some Silver Service training wouldn’t go amiss. The desserts are delicious! All in all, we were very happy with the experience and I would certainly recommend it.
The food was very creative, innovative and delicious. The atmosphere was very sleek and somewhat of a modern upscale diner feel. Service was inconsistent-- our sweet corn flan appetizer order seemed to have been forgotten and was delivered after the main course when we brought it up. Our main waiter was pleasant and needed to tone down his cologne. We also waited a while for the check to arrive and much longer for the final settlement.
Overall, it was a delicious dining experience. The French Salad Maximillian was delightful, the Magnificent Ten Meatloaf was a flavorful dance. For dessert, the Chocolate Mole Ice Cream was clever and soothing while the Mango Crème Brûlée was a tasty masterpiece with the segments of blueberry compote, fresh mango slices and mango coulis.
