All of the tacos we had were delicious. Shrimp, bison, al pastor, carnitas, chicken and avocado. We asked for chips and guacamole but they were out if guacamole however we enjoyed the chips with some of their salsas.

One of the main ingredients, avocado, was left off. Absolutely no flavor other than the burnt potatoes. Went to inform them in a calm manner that the burrito was really not good. We just finished boarding and these tacos hit the spot! All four of us agree that Taco Fundacion was worth the stop on the way home.
